摘要:
目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19）流行期间，在隔离人群中预防性使用中药的有效性及安全性。 方法选取甘肃省COVID-19流行期间隔离人员作为研究对象，采用自编基本资料、中医预防性用药情况、中医预防性用药疗效及副作用统计调查问卷进行调查。 结果共计收回有效调查问卷2104份，参与问卷的2104个隔离人员中，中医预防性用药后，没有转为确诊病例者、核酸阴性转阳性率为0；参与问卷的2104个隔离人员中出现类似新冠感染症状者205例，中医预防性用药后201例呼吸道症状改善，客观有效率达98.05%；不同中药方剂在预防性使用时均未出现严重副作用。 结论COVID-19流行期间隔离人员中医预防性用药安全有效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of prophylactic use of Traditional Chinese medicine in isolated population during COVID-19 epidemic. MethodsIsolated population during the epidemic period of COVID-19 in Gansu Province were selected as research objects, and questionnaires were used to investigate basic information, preventive medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, curative effect and side effects of preventive medicine of traditional Chinese medicine. ResultsA total of 2104 valid questionnaires were collected. Among the 2104 isolated persons who participated in the questionnaire, no cases have been turned into confirmed cases and the negative-transformation rate of nucleic acid was zero after TCM preventive medication; among them, 205 patients showed the symptoms similar to COVID-19 infection, and the symptoms of respiratory tract were in remission in 201 patents after TCM preventive medication, with an objective effective rate of 98.05%; no severe side effects has been found in prophylactic medication of different herbal prescriptions. ConclusionProphylactic medication of TCM is safe and effective for the isolated people during the COVID-19 epidemic.
