摘要:
目的探讨基于互联网平台互动方式的慢病管理模式对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM)患者血糖的影响。 方法将248例T2DM患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，按随访方式分为互联网平台互动组119例和常规组129例。互联网平台互动组通过微信互动方式进行慢病管理，常规组通过电话随访方式进行慢病管理。比较两组患者干预前后糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin，HbAlc)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose，FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose，2h PG)及糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表（summary?of?diabetes?self-care?activities，SDSCA）评分、健康相关生活质量状况调查问卷（the MOS 36-item short-form health survey，SF-36）评分。 结果干预后互联网平台互动组HbAlc、FPG、2h PG降低幅度大于常规组，SDSCA及SF-36评分升高幅度大于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论互联网平台互动方式的慢病管理模式可提高T2DM患者的自我管理能力及生活质量，降低患者血糖水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of chronic disease management model based on internet platform interaction on blood glucose in T2DM patients. MethodsBy retrospectively analyzing clinical data of 248 T2DM patients, they were allocated to 119 cases of internet platform interaction group and 129 cases of the routine group to the methods of follow-up. Internet platform interaction group carried out chronic disease management via Wechat interaction, and the routine group by telephone follow-up method. To compare the levels of HbAlc, FBG, 2h PG and SDSCA scores and SF-36 scores before and after the intervention between both groups.. ResultsAfter the intervention, the decrease of HbAlc, FPG and 2h PG of internet platform interaction group was greater than that of the routine group, the increase of SDSCA scores and SF-36 scores was larger than that of the routine group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). ConclusionChronic disease management model based on internet platform interaction could raise T2DM patients’ self-management ability and quality of life, as well as lower the levels of blood glucose.
