摘要:
对幼年特发性关节炎（juvenile idiopathic arthritis，JIA）的中医治疗临床研究进展进行整理，认为本病发生是由于正气亏虚于内，毒邪感于外，风、寒、湿、瘀、热互结，病位在肢体关节，与肝、脾、肾关系密切，并重点论述了幼年特发性关节炎的中医辨证论治和具体治疗方法。
Abstract:
Through sorting clinical research progress of TCM therapy of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), it is a chronic rheumatic disease caused by deficiency of vital-Qi, external invasion of toxic factors, wind, cold, dampness, stagnation mixed with heat, located in the limbs and joints, closely related to liver, spleen and kidney, meanwhile, the treatment of JIA based on syndrome differentiation and treatment, and the specific therapeutic methods are stated as a key part in the paper.
