摘要:
通过对近年来代谢组学在中医防治冠心病方面的文献进行梳理，分别从代谢组学概念及发展渊源、临床试验、动物模型、同病异证物质基础比较研究、中医药防治及针灸治疗等方面对其成果进行归纳总结，发现其效果理想，前景广阔，有待临床进一步研究。
Abstract:
The achievements of metabonomics in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) were concluded and summarized from the concept, developmental origin, clinical trial, animal models, comparative study on material basis of same disease and different syndrome, TCM prevention and treatment and acupuncture treatment by sorting the literature on metabonomics in the prevention and treatment of CHD by TCM in the recent years, it is found that the metabonomics shows ideal results and broad prospects, which needs further clinical research.
