摘要:
从古代医家、现代名医经验、基础研究、临床研究、循证医学等角度出发，对近5年健脾化湿法治疗胸痹（冠心病心绞痛）相关文献进行综述，指出健脾化湿法治疗胸痹疗效有目共睹，但具体作用机制尚未完全阐明，缺乏客观反映疗效的循证医学证据，其在分子生物学水平方面的作用机理尚未阐明，且较少实现远期疗效观察及评价以及临床试验样本量小等一系列问题亟待解决。
Abstract:
The paper points out that clinical effects of invigorating-spleen resolving-dampness method are obvious to people in the treatment of chest pain from the perspective of ancient doctors, modern famous doctors’ experience, basic research, clinical research, evidence-based medicine by reviewing the relevant literature of the therapy in the recent five year, however, a series of problems need to be solved urgently, such as the specific mechanism of action has not been fully clarified, lack of medical evidence to objectively reflect the efficacy, the mechanism of the action at the molecular and biological level has not yet been revealed, observation and evaluation on long-term efficacy have not been realized frequently, and small number of clinical trial samples.
