摘要:
目的观察清金化痰汤对痰热郁肺型哮喘慢阻肺重叠的临床疗效。 方法将60例哮喘慢阻肺重叠患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。两组均予布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂治疗，观察组加服清金化痰汤，疗程4周。比较两组肺功能［第一秒用力呼气容积（forced expiratory volume in one second，FEV1）/用力肺活量（forced vital capcacity，FVC）］、呼出气一氧化氮 （fractional expired nitric oxide，FeNO）、血清炎症因子水平［白细胞介素4（interleukin 4，IL-4）、白细胞介素6（interleukin 6，IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor α，TNF-α）］。 结果治疗后，两组FEV1值、FEV1/FVC较治疗前增高，FeNO、IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平降低（P＜0.05）；且观察组各项指标水平改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率［96.67%（29/30）］高于对照组［86.67%（26/30）］（P＜0.05）。 结论清金化痰汤可有效改善哮喘慢阻肺重叠痰热郁肺患者的肺功能、减轻炎症反应，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Qingjin Huatan decoction in the treatment of asthma-COPD overlap (ACO) of phlegm-heat stagnating in lung pattern. MethodsSixty ACO patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation, the observation group took Qingjin Huatan decoction, and the course was four weeks. To compare pulmonary function [FEV1/FVC], FeNO, the levels of serum inflammatory factor [IL-4, IL-6 and TNF-α] between both groups. ResultsAfter the treatment, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC increased in the two groups, the levels of FeNO, IL-4, IL-6 and TNF-α reduced (P<0.05); and the improvements of different indexes of the observation group were better than these of the control group (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was [96.67%(29/30)], higher than [86.67%(26/30)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionQingjin Huatan decoction could effectively improve lung function, relieve inflammatory reaction and raise clinical effects in the treatment ofACO of phlegm-heat stagnating in lung pattern.
