摘要:
目的探讨中西医结合护理在椎动脉狭窄球囊预扩联合支架置入术后的应用效果。 方法选取行球囊预扩联合支架置入术治疗的椎动脉狭窄患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予中西医结合护理。比较两组护理前后的血管搏动指数及收缩期峰值流速水平变化，并对两组患者的负性反应、护理满意度进行比较。 结果观察组焦虑、头痛、恶心呕吐、血压升高及排便困难等负性反应发生率［6.67%（2/30）］低于对照组［26.67%（8/30）］（P＜0.05）。护理后两组血管搏动指数及收缩期峰值流速较护理前显著上升（P＜0.05），且护理后观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度［96.67%（29/30）］高于对照组［76.67%（23/30）］（P＜0.05）。 结论中西医结合护理在椎动脉狭窄球囊预扩联合支架置入术后的应用效果确切，能够降低负性反应发生率，改善血流动力学，提升护理满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medi-cine nursing in patients with vertebral artery stenosis after balloon pre-expansion combined with stent implantation. MethodsAll 60 patients suffering vertebral artery stenosis, treated with balloon pre-expansion and stent implan-tation, were selected, and randomized into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional nursing, and the observation group integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing based on the therapy the control group accepted. To compare pulsatility index (PI) and peak systolic velocity (PSV) before and after the care between both groups, and explore negative reaction and nursing satisfaction degrees in the two groups. ResultsThe incidence of negative reactions covering anxiety, headache, nausea and vomiting, blood pressure elevation and difficult bowel movements in the observation group was [6.67%(2/30)], lower than [26.67%(8/30)] of the control group (P<0.05). After the care, PI and PSV of the two groups lifted noticeably than before the care(P<0.05), and after the care, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was [96.67%(29/30)], higher than [76.67%(23/30)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionIntegrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing could gain definite application effects in patients with vertebral artery stenosis after balloon pre-expansion and stent implantation, which could lower the incidence of negative reaction, improve hemodynamics and raise nursing satisfaction degrees.
