摘要:
目的探讨慢性胃炎(chronic gastritis,CG)的维吾尔医证候分型规律,为CG维吾尔医临床治疗提供参考。 方法根据CG患者的维吾尔医临床表现设计调查表,采集789例CG患者维吾尔医症状、体征、舌象和脉象等四诊信息,统计各临床症状出现的频数和频率,对患者四诊资料进行聚类分析、主成分分析,归纳总结CG患者的维吾尔医证型。 结果通过聚类分析和主成分分析得到5个CG维吾尔医证型,分别为蛋黄色胆液质型、蓝色胆液质型、烧焦脾液质型、咸味黏液质型、涩味黏液质型。 结论研究得到的CG维吾尔医5个证候分型在CG维吾尔医证候分型标准化和规范化研究方面具有一定参考价值。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the reference for clinical treatment of Uygur medicine for chronic gastritis (CG) by exploring the distribution of the syndromes of CG in Uygur medicine. MethodsQuestionnaire was designed according to clinical manifestations of Uygur medicine in CG patients, the information of four methods of diagnosis of 789 CG patients such as the symptoms, body signs, tongue manifestation and pulse manifestation was gathered to add up the frequencies of different clinical symptoms, and perform cluster analysis, principal component analysis of the data of four methods of diagnosis and summarize the syndromes of Uygur medicine of CG patients. ResultsFive syndromes of CG in Uygur medicine were obtained through cluster analysis and principal component analysis, including yolk colored bile type, lavender colored bile type, burning splenic type, salty mucus type and astringent mucus type. ConclusionFive syndromes of CG in Uygur medicine are obtained by cluster analysis and principal component analysis, and it has certain reference value for the standardization and normalization of CG in Uygur medicine.
