摘要:
目的探索并初步建立姚乃礼教授经验传承的理论模型，在此基础上建立名老中医传承内容模式理论模型。 方法采用定性研究方法，对相关人员进行访谈，并整理、收集医案、文献资料，运用扎根理论对原始资料进行编码和分析。 结果初步建立了姚乃礼教授经验传承模式的理论模型，以此为基础建立了“以道为主，道、术、理结合，全面传承名老中医经验”为核心的名老中医传承模式理论模型。 结论名老中医经验传承是一项复杂的工作，包含了道、术、理三方面的内容。运用扎根理论研究名老中医经验传承内容有利于构建系统的理论体系，有助于实现名老中医的全面传承。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore and preliminarily establish the theoretical model of professor Yao Naili's experience inheritance, and build the theoretical model of famous TCM doctors' inherited content. MethodsQualitative research methods were used to interview the relevant people, to sort out and collect medical cases and bibliographical information, grounded theory was applied to encode and analyze the source material. ResultsThe study has initially set up theoretical model of professor Yao Nali's experience inheritance, and founded the theoretical model of famous TCM doctors' inherited content, with putting medical ethics first, combining medical ethics, medical skills and medical science, completely inheriting famous TCM doctors' experience as the core. ConclusionFamous TCM doctors' experience inheritance is a complicated undertaking, including the contents of medical ethics, medical skills and medical science. Grounded theory applied in the inheritance of famous TCM doctors' experience could help the construction of systematic theoretical system, and the realization of famous TCM doctors' comprehensive inheritance.
