摘要:
目的探讨穴位按摩联合保健操对痰瘀互结型高血压患者血压、生活质量的影响。 方法选取118例痰瘀互结型高血压患者，采取随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组，各59例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上行穴位按摩联合保健操进行干预护理，两组均护理6个月。观察并比较两组收缩压（systolic blood pressure，SBP）、舒张压（diastolic blood pressure，DBP）、证候评分、住院时间、生活质量、匹兹堡睡眠质量（Pittsburgh sleep quality index，PSQI）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分［（Hamilton depression scale，HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分（Hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA）］及护理满意度。 结果护理6个月后，两组SBP、DBP水平及证候积分均较护理前下降（P＜0.05），且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；采用Pearson法相关性分析，两组SBP与DBP均与证候积分呈正相关（P＜0.05）。观察组护理6个月后，两组生活质量、PSQI、HAMD及HAMA评分均有所下降，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；护理后，观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05），住院时间低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论穴位按摩联合保健操对降低痰瘀互结型高血压患者血压水平有帮助，并且可改善患者生活质量及睡眠质量，同时可改善患者抑郁及焦虑等情绪。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of acupoint massage combined with health exercises on blood pressure, quality of life in patients with phlegm and blood stasis intermingling pattern hypertension. MethodsAll 118 patients with phlegm and blood stasis intermingling pattern hypertension were allocated to the control group and the observation group using random number table method with 59 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional care, and the observation group were intervened by acupoint massage and health exercises on the foundation of conventional care, both groups were cared for six months. To observe and compare SBP, DBP, syndrome integrals, length of stay, quality of life, PSQI, HAMD, HAMA and nursing satisfactory degree between both groups. ResultsAfter six months of nursing, the levels of SBP, DBP and syn-drome integrals of both groups were lowered than before the nursing (P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); SBP and DBP of both groups were postively related to syndrome integrals using correlation analysis of Pearson method (P<0.05). After six months of nursing, the scores of quality of life, PSQI, HAMD and HAMA were decreased in both groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); After nursing, the observation group was higher than the control group in nursing satisfaction degree (P<0.05), shorter than the control group in length of stay (P<0.05). ConclusionAcupoint massage com-bined with health exercises could help reduce the levels of blood pressure in patients with phlegm and blood stasis intermingling pattern hypertension, improve the patients' quality of life and sleep quality, as well as anxiety and depression.
