摘要:
从肠黏膜屏障对炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease，IBD）的影响，脾与IBD的相关性，中医脾与肠黏膜屏障具有相同的功能基础，治脾对肠黏膜屏障的影响4个方面入手综述基于肠黏膜屏障的IBD从脾论治的相关性研究进展，指出肠黏膜作为防止IBD发病的第一道屏障，与中医脾为之卫的功能密切相关，实验表明脾虚会导致肠黏膜屏障功能异常，健脾行气法可对IBD起治疗作用。
Abstract:
The advances in the studies on the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) from the spleen based on intestinal mucosal barrier were reviewed from the influence of intestinal mucosal barrier on IBD, the connections between spleen and IBD, spleen in TCM and intestinal mucosal barrier sharing the same functional foundation, the treatment for spleen influencing on intestinal mucosal barrier . Intestinal mucosa as the first barrier of preventing the occurrence of IBD is closely related to TCM theory of spleen supporting the defensive Qi, and the experiments showed that spleen deficiency could lead to the dysfunction of intestinal mucosa, invigorating spleen and promoting Qi circulation could play a therapeutic role in IBD.
