目的通过分析文献探讨杵针治疗颈椎病的治疗现状。 方法通过搜索Pubmed、Cochane Library、Embase、Medline、中国知网、重庆维普、万方、中国生物医学数据库等8大数据库，检索关于杵针治疗颈椎病的随机对照试验（randomized control trials，RCT），对于符合纳入标准的RCT，以改良的JADAD评分分析其随机方法、盲法实施情况。 结果获得符合标准的RCT 10项，发现文
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the current treatment status of Li Zhongyu's pestle needle for cervical spondylosis by analyzing the literature. MethodsRandomized control trials (RCTs) on Li Zhongyu's pestle needle treatment of cervical spondylosis were retrieved by searching eight major databases, including Pubmed, Cochane Library, Embase, Medline, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, and CBM, etc. RCTs that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed for randomized methodology, and the implementation of blinded method by the modified JADAD score. ResultsTen RCTs meeting the criteria were obtained, and differences in the quality of the literature were found, with a more focused selection of acupoints and tools for Li Zhongyu's pestle needle, dominated by Dazhui Bazhen [the region around Dazhui (DU14)] and the cerebral vertebral segments of the river cart, and the combined use of four tools. ConclusionIndividual or combined use of pestle needle has therapeutic advantages and characteristics, but the evidence-based quality of the literature needs to be improved, and cross-district exchanges, clinical acupoint pairings, and studies on the quantitative-effective relationship and the underlying mechanisms should be strengthened in order to further clarify the mechanism of the effect of pestle needles in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
