摘要:
目的探讨利伐沙班联合中药熏洗治疗全膝关节置换术后患者瘀斑的临床疗效。 方法选取74例全膝关节置换术后瘀斑患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组37例。对照组给予利伐沙班治疗，观察组在对照组基础上进行中药熏洗治疗。比较两组瘀斑面积、肿胀程度、皮温、疼痛视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）、炎症因子水平、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分（the hospital for special surgery，HSS）、临床疗效、不良反应
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of rivaroxaban combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treating petechiae in patients after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). MethodsSeventy-four patients with petechiae after TKA were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 37 cases in each group. The control group was given rivaroxaban, and the observation group was treated with TCM fumiga-tion on the basis of the control group. To compare petechiae area, swelling degree, skin temperature, VAS, the levels of inflammatory factors, HSS scores, clinical efficacy, adverse effects, the levels of hemoglobin (Hb) and urine albumin (Alb) between both groups. ResultsCompared with the control group, the observation group had a decrease in petechiae area, low skin temperature, swelling degree score, VAS score, lower levels of C-reactive protein, carbon monoxide after treatment (P<0.05), and higher HSS scores (P<0.05), and the difference was not statistically significant in the levels of Hb and Alb (P>0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was [97.3% (36/37)], higher than [81.1% (30/37)] of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was [2.7% (1/37)], lower than [18.9% (7/37)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionRivaroxaban combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of patients with petechiae after TKA can reduce the degree of swelling and pain, maintain normal skin temperature, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve the clinical efficacy, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
