目的考察冰石长皮软膏对大鼠创面的修复能力。 方法分别在32只SD大鼠背部左侧和右侧构建一般创面和烧烫伤创面模型。造模完成后随机分为空白对照组、黄凡士林组、京万红软膏组和冰石长皮软膏组,每组8只,空白对照组不给药,黄凡士林组每日给予1 g黄凡士林,京万红软膏组每日给予1 g京万红软膏,冰石长皮软膏组每日给予1 g冰石长皮软膏,连续干预20天,观察各组大鼠创面愈合情况及创面组织病理学变化情况。 结果干预第10天及第16天京万红软膏组和冰石长皮软膏组大鼠一般创面愈合率均高于空白对照组和黄凡士林组(P<0.01);第16天冰石长皮软膏组大鼠一般创面愈合率高于京万红软膏组(P<0.01);第10天及第16天冰石长皮软膏组大鼠烧烫伤创面愈合率高于其余各组(P<0.01);第16天黄凡士林组烧烫伤创面愈合率高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。冰石长皮软膏组大鼠一般创面组织病理评分(肉芽组织再生及上皮再生修复评分)均低于空白对照组和黄凡士林组(P<0.05),而炎性渗出评分均低于其余各组(P<0.01);冰石长皮软膏组大鼠烧烫伤创面炎性渗出评分均低于其余各组((P<0.01),肉芽组织再生评分高于空白对照组(P<0.05),上皮再生修复评分高于空白对照组和黄凡士林组(P<0.05);冰石长皮软膏组大鼠创面皮肤结构完整清晰,表皮完全修复,炎性浸润少。 结论冰石长皮软膏可加速一般创面和烧烫伤创面大鼠创面愈合,减小瘢痕面积,具有良好的修复能力。

ObjectiveTo survey the repair ability of Bingshi Zhangpi ointment on rat wound. MethodsThe models of general wound and burn wound were constructed on the left and right sides of the backs of 32 SD rats respectively. After successfully modelling, the models were randomized into blank control group, yellow vaseline group, Jingwanhong ointment group and Bingshi Zhangpi ointment group, eight rats in each group, blank control group was not administered with the medicine, yellow vaseline group was given 1 g of blank substrate yellow vaseline, and Jingwanhong ointment group accepted the application of 1 g of Jingwanhong ointment, Bingshi Zhangpi ointment group received 1g of Bingshi Zhangpi ointment, for 20 days of the intervention continuously, to observe wound healing conditions and histopathological changes of wounds of the rats in different groups. ResultsOn the 10th and 16th day of intervention, the healing rates of general wounds of the rats in Jingwanhong ointment group and Bingshi Zhangpi ointment group were higher than these of the rats in blank control group and yellow vaseline group (P<0.01); on the 16th day, the healing rate of the general wounds of the rats in Bingshi Zhangpi ointment group was higher than that of Jingwanhong ointment group (P<0.01); on the 10th and 16th day, the healing rate of burn wounds of Bingshi Zhangpi ointment group was higher than that of the others (P<0.01); on the 16th day, the healing rate of burn wounds of yellow vaseline group was higher than that of blank control group (P<0.05). Histopathological scores of general wounds (granulation tissue regeneration and epithelial regeneration repair scores) of Bingshi Zhangpi ointment group were lower than these of blank control group and yellow vaseline group (P<0.05), while inflammatory exudation scores were lower than these of the others (P<0.01); inflammatory exudation scores of burn wounds of Bingshi Zhangpi ointment group were lower than these of the others (P<0.01), granulation tissue regeneration scores were higher than these of blank control group (P<0.05), epithelial regeneration repair scores higher than these of blank control group and yellow vaseline group (P<0.05). Rats of Bingshi Zhangpi ointment group had intact and clear skin structure of the trauma, complete repair of the epidermis and less inflammatory infiltration. ConclusionBingshi Zhangpi ointment could accelerate the woud healing of general wounds and burn wounds and reduce scar area, and it has better repair ability.
