摘要:
目的探索不同地域代表性五省市（黑龙江、河南、广东、甘肃、上海）肺结核发病的主气特征。 方法利用五省市2004—2017年共14年肺结核发病资料，统计分析不同年份的六步气位发病率数据。 结果黑龙江省、河南省、广东省和上海市六气主气时段肺结核发病率皆以二之气-少阴君火时段最高，甘肃省以初之气-厥阴风木时段最高、以二之气-少阴君火时段次高；黑龙江省、甘肃省六气主气时段发病率以五之气-阳明燥金时段最低，广东省和上海市以终之气-太阳寒水时段最低，河南省以四之气-太阴湿土时段最低，且差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论五省市肺结核多在二之气-少阴君火时段高发，在五之气、终之气发病最低，与肺结核发病的火热病机相吻合；不同省市肺结核发病的主气特征具有一定的相似性。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics of dominant Qi of tuberculosis (TB) in different geogra-phical representations five provinces and municipalities including Heilongjiang, Henan, Guangdong, Gansu and Shanghai. MethodsThe data of TB incidences between 2004 and 2017 in five provinces and municipalities were utilized to statistically analyze the data on the incidences of the six-step Qi position in different years. ResultsAmong the dominant Qi periods of Six Qi, the morbidity rate of TB was the highest in Heilongjiang province, Henan province, Guangdong province and Shanghai on second Qi-Shao Yin stage of the monarch fire, the rate was the highest in Gansu province on the primary Qi-Jue Yin stage of the wind wood, the second highest on Second Qi-Shao Yin stage of the monarch fire; it was the lowest in Heilongjiang province and Gansu province on fifth Qi-Yang Ming stage of the dry metal, the lowest in Guangdong province and Shanghai municipality on the final Qi-Taiyang stage of the cold water, and the lowest in Henan province on the forth Qi-Taiyin stage of damp-earth, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). ConclusionTB presents the high incidences in five provinces on the second Qi-Shao Yin stage of the monarch fire, and the lowest morbidity rate on the stages of the fifth Qi and the final Qi, coinciding with the pathogenesis of TB fire-heat; certain similarities are found in the characteristics of the incidences of dominant Qi in different provinces and municipalities.
