摘要:
目的探讨醒脑开窍针刺法联合补中益气汤对糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹患者复视评分的影响。 方法选择88例糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组给予补中益气汤治疗，观察组给予补中益气汤+醒脑开窍针刺法治疗，共治疗14天。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、睑裂高度、斜视角度、复视评分及眼球运动评分。 结果观察组总有效率［95.45%（42/44）］高于对照组［81.82%（36/44）］（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组主症总积分、次症总积分、斜视角度、复视评分、眼球运动评分较治疗前下降，睑裂高度较治疗前上升，观察组各指标改善情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论醒脑开窍针刺法联合补中益气汤治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹可达到较理想的治疗效果，能提升临床疗效，促进复视、上睑下垂等症状的消除，改善眼结构功能，对提升其整体的视物能力恢复效果有重要意义。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of restoring-consciousness opening-orifice needling and Buzhong Yiqi (Invigorating the middle and Benefiting Qi) decoction on diplopia scales in patients with diabetic oculomotor nerve palsy (ONP). MethodsAll 88 patients with diabetic ONP were selected as the subjects, and allocated to the control group and the observation group, the control group took Buzhong Yiqi decoction orally, and the observation group was treated with the decoction and restoring-cons-ciousness opening-orifice needling, they were treated for 14 days altogether. To compare clinical effects, TCM syndrome integrals, palpebral fissure height, strabism angle, diplopia scales and eye movement scores between the two groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was [95.45%(42/44)], higher than [81.82% (36/44)] of the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, total scores of the main symptoms, total scores of secondary symptoms, strabism angle, diplopia scales and eye movement scores were lowered than before the treatment, palpebral fissure height was increased than before the treatment, and the improvements of the indexes of the observation group were better than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionRestoring-consciousness opening-orifice needling and Buzhong Yiqi decoc-tion could obtain ideal therapeutic effects in the treatment of diabetic ONP, it could enhance clinical effects, promote the elimination of diplopia and ptosis, perfect the structure and function of the eye, which has great significance for the improvement of overall visual recovery.
