摘要:
目的系统评价补肾活血类中药对黄体功能不全(luteal phase deficiency,LPD)大鼠模型生殖轴激素水平的干预作用。 方法检索PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library、Web of science、Ovid、中国知网、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库,筛选补肾活血类中药干预LPD大鼠模型的实验研究,提取LPD大鼠模型资料,基于SYRCLE动物实验偏倚风险评估工具(其内容与Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具切合)实施评估,运用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。 结果共纳入9个研究,研究对象为BN/SD大鼠,均为随机对照实验。Meta分析结果显示,与模型组比较,补肾活血类中药可提高孕酮(progesterone,P)(SMD=1.56,95%CI:0.58~2.54,P=0.002)水平,降低催乳素(prolactin,PRL)(SMD=-1.32,95%CI:-1.93~-0.70,P<0.000 1)含量,卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)(SMD=1.35,95%CI:-3.15~5.85,P=0.56)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)(SMD=0.92,95%CI:-2.70~4.54,P=0.62)及雌二醇(estradiol,E2)(SMD=0.65,95%CI:-1.10~2.40,P=0.47)差异均无统计学意义。 结论补肾活血类中药可以改善LPD大鼠的生殖与卵巢功能,改变内分泌生殖激素水平,对生殖功能起到一定保护作用。因纳入文献数量与质量的局限性,此结论仍待进一步纳入高质量研究给予验证。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo systematically assess the intervention effects of kidney-tonifying blood-activating herbs on the levels of hormone in rat models with luteal phase deficiency (LPD). MethodsExperimental studies of kidney-tonifying blood-activating herbs in the intervention of LPD rat models were screened by searching from PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of science, Ovid, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang data and SinoMed, for the extraction of the data of LPD rat models, the evaluation was carried out based on SYCRLE’s risk of bias tool for animal studies (Its content is consistent with the Cochrane bias risk), and Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4. ResultsAltogether nine studies were included, and the subjects were BN/SD rats, belonging to randomized controlled experiments. Meta analysis results displayed that, compared with the model group, kidney-tonifying blood-activating herbs could evaluate the levels of P (SMD=1.56, 95%CI: 0.58-2.54, P=0.000 2) and decrease the contents of PRL (SMD=-1.32, 95%CI: -1.93--0.70, P<0.0001), the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of FSH (SMD=1.35, 95%CI: -3.15-5.85, P=0.56), LH (SMD=0.92, 95%CI: -2.70-4.54, P=0.62) and E2 (SMD=0.65, 95%CI:-1.10-2.40, P=0.47). ConclusionKidney-tonifying blood-activating herbs could improve reproductive and ovarian function, change the levels of endocrine and reproductive hormones, and protect reproductive function. The conclusion still needs to be further validated by high quality studies owing to the limitations of the quantity and quality of the included literature.
