摘要:
目的观察自拟祛风养血润肤液药浴治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒（uremic pruritus，UP）的效果。 方法将80例维持性血液透析UP患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各40例。两组患者基础治疗均给予常规治疗，对照组口服氯雷他定片，治疗组在对照组基础上予自拟祛风养血润肤液药浴治疗。连续治疗12周后比较两组患者瘙痒程度［视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分］、四项目瘙痒量表（four-Item pruritus scale，FIIQ）评分及临床疗效。 结果治疗后，两组患者VAS、FIIQ评分均降低，治疗6周、12周后治疗组VAS、FIIQ评分降低更明显（P＜0.05）；治疗12周后治疗组总有效率为97.50%（39/40），高于对照组的80.00％（32/40）（P＜0.05）。 结论自拟祛风养血润肤液药浴治疗UP临床疗效确切，能有效减轻患者瘙痒程度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of selfmade wind-dispelling blood-nourishing skin-moisturi-zing lotion medicated bath in the treatment of uremic pruritus (UP). MethodsEighty UP patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were randomized into the control group and the treatment group with 40 cases in each. Both groups received conventional treatment, and the control gorup took clorotadine tablets orally, and the treatment group was treated with selfmade wind-dispelling blood-nourishing skin-moisturizing lotion based on the therapy of the control group. To compare the degree of pruritus (VAS scores), FIIQ scores and clinical effects between the two groups after 12 weeks of consecutive treatment. ResultsAfter the treatment, VAS scores and FIIQ scores were lowered in the two groups, and the decrease of VAS scores and FIIQ scores in the treatment group was more significant after 6 and 12 weeks of the treatment (P<0.05); after 12 weeks of the treatment, total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50% (39/40), higher than 80.00% (32/40) of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionSelfmade wind-dispelling blood-nourishing skin-moisturizing lotion medicated bath could gain definite clinical effects in the treatment of UP, and it could effectively relieve the scratching.
