摘要:
目的探讨耳尖放血联合耳穴按压治疗干眼症脾胃湿热证的效果。 方法选择98例干眼症脾胃湿热证患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组49例。给予对照组玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼治疗；观察组在对照组治疗基础上采取耳尖放血联合耳穴按压治疗，两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者角膜稳定性指标、主观症状评分及临床疗效。 结果治疗后，两组患者泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量显著增加，角膜荧光素染色评分明显降低，且观察组患者上述指标改善更明显（P＜0.05）；治疗2、4周后，两组患者眼表疾病指数评分均降低，且观察组与对照组同时间点比较降低更明显（P＜0.05）；观察组总有效率［95.92%（47/49）］高于对照组［79.59%（39/49）］（P＜0.05）。 结论耳尖放血联合耳穴按压干预干眼症脾胃湿热证的效果明显，有助于患者角膜稳定及主观症状的好转。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of ear apex blood letting and auricular pressing in the treatment of xeroma of damp-heat in spleen and stomach type. MethodsAll 98 patients were chosen and randomized into the control group and the observation group with 49 cases in each group. Sodium hyaluronate drops were given to the control group, and the observation group received ear apex blood letting and auricular pressing on the foundation of the therapy of the control group, both groups were treated for four weeks consecutively. To compare the indexes of corneal stability, the scores of subjective symptoms and clinical effects between the two groups. ResultsAfter the treatment, tear film breakup time (TFBUT) and tear production were significantly increased in two groups, corneal fluorescein staining (CFS) scores were noticeably reduced, and the improvements of the above indexes of the observation group were more evident (P<0.05); after two and four weeks of the treatment, ocular surface disease index (OSDI) in the two groups were decreased, and the reduction of the observation group was more significant compared with the control group at the same time (P<0.05); total effective rate of the observation group was [95.92%(47/49)], higher than [79.59%(39/49)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionEar apex blood letting and auricular pressing is effective in the treatment of xeroma of damp-heat in spleen and stomach type, and it is helpful to improve corneal stability and subjective symptoms.
