以《濒湖脉学》两个英译本为研究对象，探讨其海外传播和接受情况及该书全译本（Flaws译本）的翻译特点和存在的问题，指出两译本在海外的传播及接受情况较好，虽然Flaws译本尚有直译使用不当、语义理解偏差、脚注解读过度等不足，但总体而言，该译本在直译的基础上注释详明，既忠实于原文又保证了译文的可读性，为中医脉学翻译和中医歌赋翻译研究提供了重要参考。
Abstract:
Two English versions of Binhu Maixue (Binhu’s Sphygmology) have been chosen as the objects of study for the exploration into the overseas dissemination and acceptance, as well as the translation features and problems of the complete translation of the book (Flaws’ translation). It was pointed out that the two versions have been widely disseminated and received overseas, although Flaws’ translation exhibits several shortcomings, including inappropriate literal translation, semantic misinterpretation, and excessive annotation analysis. In general, Flaws’ version ensures both the faithfulness to the source text and its readability based on literal translation and detailed interpretations, which can be used for reference in the translation of TCM pulse diagnosis and poetry.
