摘要:
对硝石雄黄散防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（coronary artery diseases，CAD）的应用前景进行探讨，指出炎症因子、氧化应激反应及体内一氧化氮（nitric oxide，NO）水平与CAD的形成和发展密切相关；硝石雄黄散是基于“心开窍于舌”理论治疗CAD的传统古方，其中，雄黄通过抑制炎症因子表达和超氧化物生成来发挥抗炎和抗氧化作用，而硝石作为一种NO3-可以从体外途径（NO3--NO2--NO途径）补充，产生大量的NO活性物质，使血管舒张，并进一步抑制炎症因子与血小板在血管内皮的黏附聚集；硝石和雄黄配伍使用，不仅可以迅速提高体内NO水平，还可以增强硝石雄黄散缓解体内氧化应激反应和炎性反应的作用，这可能是硝石雄黄散治疗CAD的潜在作用机制。
Abstract:
By discussing the application prospects of Xiaoshi (saltpeter) Xionghuang (realgar) powder in the prevention and treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAD), inflammatory factor, oxidative stress response and the levels of NO in vivo are closely related to the formation of CAD; Xiaoshi Xionghuang powder is one of the traditional ancient prescriptions for the treatment of CAD based on the theory of "the heart opens into the tongue", among them, Xionghuang could exert anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects by restraining the expressions of inflammatory factor and inhibiting superoxide generation, while Xiaoshi as a NO3-, could be supplemented from extrinsic pathway (NO3--NO2--NO pathway), generating a large amount of NO active substances, inducing vasodilation, and further inhibiting adhesion-aggregation of inflammatory factors and platelet in vascular endothelium; the compatibility of Xiaoshi and Xionghuang, could not only rapidly increase the levels of NO in the body, but also enhance the effects of the powder in alleviating oxidative stress and inflammatory responses in the body, which might explain the potential mechanism of the powder in the treatment of CAD.
