摘要:
肺癌的发生、发展及治疗效果与肠道微生态紊乱密切相关。文章立足于肺-肠轴，解析肺、肠在生理、病理及微生态层面的共通性，结合脾肺“母子相生”理论中“脾为肺之母”的核心关系，探讨中医经典治法——培土生金法通过调节肠道微生态治疗肺癌的作用机制与潜在靶点，为中医药防治肺癌提供新的思路与策略。
Abstract:
The incidence, development and therapeutic effects of lung cancer are closely related to intestinal microecological disturbance. Based on gut-lung axis, the paper analyzed the shared characteristics of the physiol-ogy, pathology and microecosystem between lung and the gut, and discussed the classical therapeutic methods of TCM, combined with the core relationship of "spleen is the mother of lung" in the theory of "mutual generation between mother-child"of spleen and lung, the method of strengthening earth to generate metal, which could regulate the mechanism and potential targets of intestinal microecology in the treatment of lung cancer, and it could offer new thinking and strategy for TCM prevention and treatment of lung cancer.
