摘要:
目的通过收集《转移性结直肠癌中医诊疗指南》临床结局指标，分析转移性结直肠癌疗效评价标准，为中医治疗后的结局指标提供依据。 方法通过《转移性结直肠癌中医诊疗指南》项目组专家成员经过两轮专家咨询法征集并确认结局指标。 结果最终确定了8项结局指标，其中总生存期、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率、肝脏损伤发生率、肾脏损伤发生率等5项为关键指标，而无进展生存期、客观缓解率和中医主要症状评分等3项为重要指标。 结论通过两轮专家咨询法为《转移性结直肠癌中医诊疗指南》确定了8项结局指标，为指南的进行奠定了一定基础。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide a basis for the outcome measures after TCM therapy by collecting the clinical outcome indicators of Clinical Practice Guidelines for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and analyzing the efficacy evaluation criteria for metastatic colorectal cancer. MethodsA two-round Delphi process was conducted by the expert panel of the Clinical Practice Guidelines for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine project to identify and confirm the outcome measures. ResultsConse-quently, eight outcome indicators were identified, among them, overall survival (OS), the scores of quality of life, the incidence of adverse reaction, the incidence of liver injury and the incidence of kidney injury were the critical indicators, while progression-free survival, objective response rate and TCM major symptom scores were the important indicators. ConclusionEight outcome indicators were identified for Clinical Practice Guidelines for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine through two rounds of expert consultation, which could pave the way for the implementation of the guidelines.
