摘要:
目的基于代谢组学技术初步探讨肝郁化热证的潜在生物学标记物。 方法收集肝郁化热证患者45例、非肝郁化热证患者45例，20名健康人群，运用高效液相色谱质谱联用（liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry，LC-MS）技术，对偏头痛、非器质性失眠症及经前期综合征三种疾病肝郁化热证患者进行血清代谢组学分析并寻找其关键生物标记物。 结果肝郁化热证的潜在标志物可能为醛赖氨酸、乳酸、组胺、缬氨酸、琥珀酸、肌酐、丙酮酸、尿酸、丙氨酸、尿嘧啶等16种代谢产物。 结论偏头痛、非器质性失眠症及经前期综合征三种疾病肝郁化热证患者血清存在物质代谢及代谢通路的改变，肝郁化热证可能与苯丙氨酸代谢、丙酮酸代谢、组氨酸代谢、精氨酸合成、糖代谢及脂代谢异常有关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo preliminarily investigate the potential biomarkers for liver depression transforming into heat syndrome based on serum metabolomics. MethodsWe collected 45 patients with liver depression transforming into heat syndrome, 45 patients with non liver depression transforming into heat syndrome and 20 healthy people, LC-MS was applied to perform the serum metabolomics analysis in patients suffering migraine, non-organic insomnia and premenstrual syndrome with liver depression transforming into heat syndrome, and to survey its key biomarkers. ResultsThe potential biomarkers for liver depression transforming into heat syndrome may be 16 metabolites including aldehydelysine (allysine), lactate, histamine, valine, succinate, creatinine, pyruvate, urate, alanine, uracil, and others. ConclusionThe alterations in metabolite profiles and metabolic pathways existed in the serum of the patients suffering migraine, non-organic insomnia and premenstrual syn-drome with liver depression transforming into heat syndrome, liver depression transforming into heat syndrome might be related to phenylalanine metabolism, pyruvate metabolism, histidine metabolism, arginine biosynthesis, as well as glucose and lipid metabolism.
