摘要:
目的：观察中医综合防治法对青少年轻度近视眼的疗效。方法：将100例青少年轻度近视眼患者随机分为治疗组50例(96眼)和对照组50例(95眼)，治疗组用磁珠贴压选定耳穴，每周单耳交替贴压，并配合眼周穴位按摩及眼肌锻炼综合防治。对照组用复方托品酰胺滴眼液每晚睡前滴眼1次，治疗90天后验光查视力，并进行疗效评价。结果：总有效率治疗组为97.90%，对照组为87.40%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中医综合疗法治疗青少年轻度近视短期内有明显的临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of TCM comprehensive treatment on mild myopia in adolescents. Method: One hundred juveniles with mild myopia were randomly allocated into treatment group (96 eyes) and control group (95 eyes). Treatment group were pressed selected ear acupoints with magnetic beads, unilateral ear alternatively each week, combined with periocular acupoints massage and comprehensive prevention of musculi oculi exercise. Control group were dripped in eyes with compound tropicamide eye drops before the sleep every night. Vision was tested after the treatment for 90 days with optpmetry and effects were evaluated. Result: Total effective rate in treatment group was 97.9%, higher than 87.4% in control group with remarkable difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM comprehensive treatment has obvious clinical effects on mild myopia in junviles in short term.
