摘要:
目的：观察梅花针局部叩刺配合拔罐治疗股外侧皮神经炎的临床疗效。方法：选择符合病例诊断、纳入标准的股外侧皮神经炎患者，在病变局部以梅花针叩刺至发红或出血，之后拔罐，隔日1次,10次为1 个疗程，疗程间休息5天，连续治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治愈39例,占82.98%；显效5例，占5.15%；有效0例，占0.00%；无效3例，占6.38%；总有效率为93.62%。结论：梅花针局部叩刺配合拔罐治疗股外侧皮神经炎临床疗效较好。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of local tapping of plum-blossom needle and cupping in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. Method: Patients were chosen; the patients' local lesions were tapped with plum-blossom needle until flushed or bleed, and then cupped once each two days. One course of treatment was ten times, the interval between two courses of treatment was five days, curative effects were observed after two consecutive courses of treatment. Result: In 47 cases, 39 cases were cured and took up 82.98%; five cases remarkably effective and took up 5.15%; zero cases effective and occupied 0.00%, three cases ineffective and took up 6.38%; total effective rate was 93.62%. Conclusion: Local tapping of plum-blossom needle combined with cupping are effective in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis without relapse.
