摘要:
目的：观察壮肾固精方对脾肾气虚型慢性肾炎蛋白尿的影响。方法：将60例慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，予壮肾固精方及肾炎舒颗粒治疗3个月，观察治疗前后2组尿蛋白及肾功能的变化。结果：治疗组完全缓解4例，显效12例，有效6例，无效 8 例，有效率 73.33%；对照组完全缓解3例，显效10例，有效4例，无效13 例，有效率57.67%。2组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.O5）。2组1个疗程后 24小时尿蛋白定量比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.O5）。结论：壮肾固精方用于治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾炎，能减少尿蛋白。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe influence of ZhuangShen GuJingFang on proteinuria caused by chronic nephritis of spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type. Method: Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average, which received ZhuangShen GuJingFang and ShenYanShu granules for three months. Changes of renal functions and proteinuria before and after treating were observed. Result: Four cases of treatment group relieved completely, 12 cases effective remarkably, six cases effective, eight cases ineffective, effective rate was 73.33%; three cases of control group alleviated totally, ten cases effective remarkably, four cases effective, 13 cases ineffective, effective rate was 57.6%. Comparison of therapeutic effects between both groups suggested difference which had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). After one session comparison of both groups showed statistical meaning in 24 h quantitative test for urinary test (P＜0.05). Conclusion: ZhuangShen GuJingFang can decrease proteinuria in treating chronic nephritis of spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type.
