中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石350例临床体会-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：探讨体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)及中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年1月至2012年1月收治的符合泌尿系结石诊断标准的患者350例，采用ESWL治疗，然后给予患者中药排石汤及西药抗感染治疗，观察患者结石排空情况及临床疗效。结果：治愈301例，占86.00%；好转26例，占7.43%；无效23例，占6.57%；总有效率93.43%。1次排石成功215例，2次排石成功68例，3次排石成功18例。结论：ESWL后给予中西医结合治疗，可增强排石效果，提高治愈率，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:: Objective: To approach therapeutic effects of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating urinary stone. Method: A total of 350 patients admitted from January, 2010 to January, 2012 were chosen, treated with ESWL and then given with Pai Shi Tang and anti-infection medicine. Stone-free condition and clinical effects of patients were observed. Result: All 301 cases were cured and reached to 86.00%; 26 cases effective and 7.43%; 23 cases ineffective and 6.57%; total effective rate was 93.43%. 215 patients were successful in freeing stone once, 68 cases did twice, and 18 cases did three times. Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can enhance the effect of stone-free and improve cure rate of patients after ESWL.
