摘要:
目的：评价磁珠贴压耳穴在混合痔术后镇痛应用效果。方法：将66例混合痔术后患者，随机分为治疗组34例、对照组32例。2组均给予抗炎、止血、换药等常规治疗，治疗组同时给予磁珠贴压耳穴。取穴(单侧耳穴)：神门、直肠下段、交感。以安尔碘消毒耳廓，将华佗磁珠贴贴于耳穴上，并稍加压力，使患者有酸、麻胀或发热感。每贴压1次保持5天。观察2组患者术后止痛药使用情况及术后24、48、72小时疼痛情况，并观察2组间的安全性。结果：止痛药物应用次数治疗组为(0.50±0.085)次，对照组为(0.55±0.096)。2组相比无明显差异。2组术后疼痛视觉模拟评分有差异，治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：磁珠贴压耳穴对于混合痔术后镇痛效果肯定。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate demulcent effects of pressing ear acupoint with magnetic beads after mixed hemorrhoids operation. Method: Sixty-six patients after mixed hemorrhoid operation were randomly divided into thirty-four cases in treatmentgroup and thirty-two cases in control group. Both groups were given with routine treatment including anti-inflammation, stopping bleeding, changing fresh dressing and others. At the same time treatment group were sterilized auricles with povidone iodine and pressed ear acupoints with magnetic beads until the patients feel hot or numb, pressing once each time and keeping five days, the acupoints(unilateral acupoints) were: Shenmen, Zhichangxiaduan and Jiaogan. Applications of pain killer after surgery and the indexes of postoperative pain at 24 hour, 48 hour and 72 hour for both groups were observed as well as safety index. Result: Frequency of pain killer in treatment group was(0.50±0.085) and that in control group were (0.55±0.096), the comparison showed no significant difference. Comparison of postoperative pain according to visual analogue score suggested the difference, treatment group was superior to control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion: Demulcent effect is definite in pressing ear acupoints with magnetic beads to stop the pain after mixed hemorrhoid operation.
