摘要:
对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者术前进行心理护理，术后给予密切观察病情变化、及时处理并发症、早期指导康复锻炼、中医辨证护理、出院指导等中西医结合护理措施，有助于患者术后恢复，提高手术效果，预防并发症的发生，促进患者康复。
Abstract:
Nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were given to help patients recovery after operation, improve clinical effects of surgery, prevent the complication and promote the rehabilitation, which include to give the patients psychological nursing before the operation, closely observe pathological changes after operation, treat complications in time, guide of rehabilitation exercise in early time, nursing of TCM syndrome differentiation, discharge guide and others.
