摘要:
目的：观察中药保留灌肠配合离子导入法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，治疗组予中药保留灌肠配合离子导入法治疗；对照组采用左氧氟沙星片口服治疗，治疗2月后观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈34例，好转5例，无效1例，总有效率达97.50%；对照组治愈11例，好转15例，无效14例，总有效率为65.00%。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药保留灌肠配合离子导入法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To approach therapeutic effects of retention enema with TCM and iontophoresis in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Method: Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average. Treatment group received retention enema with TCM and iontophoresis; control group took levofloxacin tablets. Clinical effects were observed after treating for two months. Result: A total of 34 cases were cured, five cases improved, one case was ineffective, total effective rate of treatment group was 97.50%; 11 cases were cured, 15 cases improved, 14 cases were ineffective, total effective rate of control group was 65.00%. Comparison of both groups indicated statistical meaning in total effective rate (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Retention enema with TCM and iontophoresis can obtain remarkable effects in treating chronic PID.
