摘要:
目的：探讨妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的中西医治疗效果及护理方法。方法：将68例妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者随机分为观察组和对照组各34例，观察组给予中西医结合治疗，并予中西医结合护理；对照组给予单纯西医治疗，并予常规护理。观察2组有效率、并发症发生率及患者满意度评分。结果：观察组有效率及患者满意度评分显著高于对照组，并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：运用中西医结合方法治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的同时给予针对性护理，可有效提高治疗效果，减少并发症的发生，提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore nursing method and therapeutic effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment against deep vein thrombosis after surgery of gynecological malignant tumor. Method: Sixty-eight patients were randomly allocated into observation group and control group on average. Observation group received treatment and nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine; control group were treated with western medicine and routine nursing. Effective rate, incidence rate of complication and satisfactory degree of patients were observed in both groups. Result: Effective rate and satisfactory score of observation group were higher than that of control group, complication incidence was obviously lower than that of control group with statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Corresponding nursing given to the patients when they were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, can effectively improve clinical effects, reduce the incidence of complication and raise satisfactory degree of patients.
