摘要:
目的：通过临床干预减少妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成。方法：将2011年1月至10月在我院妇科手术治疗患者386例作为观察组，行术后早期强化预防血栓的临床干预；回顾性地将2010年1月至l2月在我院妇科手术治疗患者360例采用基本生活护理者设为对照组，对比分析2组血栓发生情况。结果：观察组386例发生血栓2例，对照组360例发生血栓10例。结论：临床干预对预防妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To reduce deep vein thrombosis of legs after gynecological operation through clinical intervention. Method: All 386 patients admitted from January to October, 2011, as observation group, received clinical intervention to postoperative intensive prevention of thrombus at early time; all 360 cases admitted from January to December, 2010 as control group were retrospectively analyzed. Condition of thrombus incidence were compared and analyzed. Result: Thrombosis happened in two cases among 386 cases in observation group and ten cases among 360 cases of control group. Conclusion: Clinical intervention is effective in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after gynecological surgery.
