摘要:
目的：观察心理护理、用药护理、饮食护理、排痰护理、呼吸护理等护理措施对慢性肺源性心脏病患者心理情绪的影响。方法：2组患者均给予常规治疗及护理，观察组同时根据患者的个体情况给予心理护理、用药护理、饮食护理、排痰护理、呼吸护理等有针对性的护理措施。结果：2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分干预后均降低(P＜0.05)，干预组较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。结论：心理护理、用药护理、饮食护理、排痰护理、呼吸护理等有针对性的护理措施有助于改善患者情绪。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe influence of nursing method on chronic pulmonary heart disease. Method: Both groups received conventional therapy and nursing, Observation group were also given with corresponding nursing based on different conditions of individuals. Result: Scores of SAS and SDS decreased in both groups after intervention (P＜0.05), observation group improved more significant than control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Corresponding nursing is helpful to improve the moods of patients.
