摘要:
目的：研究复方甘肃丹参滴丸的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用 L9(34)正交设计，以丹酚酸 B 和迷迭香酸的含量为考察指标，优化提取工艺。结果：最佳提取条件为加 10 倍量的 70％乙醇，回流提取 3 次，1h/ 次。结论：该提取条件为确定复方甘肃丹参滴丸的提取工艺提供了科学依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To screen and optimize the extract technique of compound Gansu DanShen dripping pills. Method: The extraction for compound Gansu DanShen dripping pills was optimized with orthogonal design by taking contents of salvianolic acid B and rosmarinci acid as the indexes. Result: The optimal condition for the extraction of compound Gansu DanShen dripping pills was ten folds amount of 70% ethylalcohol, reflux extraction three times, one hour each time. Conclusion: The extraction procedure provides scientific evidence for the production of compound Gansu DanShen dripping pills.
