摘要:
目的：研究分析中医护理在庆阳市各级中医医院的临床应用现状。方法：采用率的显著性检验方法，自行设计调查问卷对全市 8 所中医医院的 8 个护理工作管理部门及 401 名临床护理人员进行调查并分析。结果：护理人员的学历偏高，年龄偏低；对中医药基础知识及中医护理基础知识的知晓率、应用率偏低；掌握中医护理知识的途径来源较少；现有中医护理参考资料极少；有较强的求知欲。结论：护理人员中医药及中医护理基础知识缺乏，中医护理知识应用偏低，中医护理方面培训亟待开展。
Abstract:
Objective: To study and analyze the application of TCM nursing in all hospitals of Qingyang.Method: Eight nursing management departments and 401 nurses from eight TCM hospitals were investigated with self-designed questionnaires. Result: The nurses are with high degrees and of low age; also with low awareness rate and application rate of TCM basic knowledge and nursing but having a strong thirst for knowledge; there are fewer ways to acquire TCM nursing knowledge; also fewer reference books to study. Conclusion: Due to lack of TCM and nursing knowledge and less application of TCM nursing knowledge, the nurses should be trained timely.
