摘要:
目的：探讨自拟肾安汤对肾小球肾炎肾功能相关指标的影响。方法：将 216 例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各 108 例，对照组予以西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上辨证分型以自拟肾安汤为基础方加减治疗，15 天为 1 个疗程，4-6 个疗程后观察疗效。结果：浮肿消失天数、肉眼血尿消失天数、血压降低天数、尿蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、红白细胞及管型改善情况治疗组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；总有效率治疗组为 97.3%，对照组为 87.3%，2 组相比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：自拟肾安汤加减治疗能改善肾小球肾炎肾功能相关指标，从而提高总有效率，值得临床推广使用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of ZiNi ShenAnTang on associated indexes of renal function of glomerulonephritis. Method: All 216 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group equally.Control group were administered with routine treatment of western medicine and treatment group were given with modified ZiNi ShenAnTang based on control group according to syndrome differentiation and pattern. 15 days were one course of therapy, curative effective were observed after four to six courses of treatment. Result: Improvements of treatment group were superior to control group in disappearing days of edema and gross hematuria, days of blood pressure decrease, proteinuria, usea nitrogen, creatinine, red and white blood cells, urinary cylinder; total effective rate of treatment group was 97.3%, higher than 87.3% of control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Modified ZiNi ShenAnTang can improve associated indexes of renal function of glomerulonephritis to raise total effective rate.
