摘要:
目的：探讨蜡疗治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将 60 例椎动脉型颈椎病患者按照就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组各 30 例。对照组采用颈复康常规治疗，治疗组采用蜡疗治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为 96.67%，对照组为 76.67%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：临床上注重蜡疗的护理方法和程序，能提高蜡疗治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of wax therapy for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Method: Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group, which were treated with wax therapy, and control group, which were given with JingFuKang. Result: Total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%, superior to 76.67% of control group significantly (P＜ 0.01). Conclusion: Attention paid to nursing method and process of wax therapy could improve curative effects of wax therapy for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
