摘要:
目的:分析肠毒清口服液对全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)大鼠血清和肺泡灌洗液中脑钠素(BNP)水平的影响,探讨肠毒清口服液治疗SIRS的机制。方法:将72只雄性SD大鼠随机分为9组(n=8)。腹腔注射 (ip)酵母多糖悬浊液(ZPS)制造SIRS模型(A模型组用750mg/kg ZPS造模;B模型组用1000mg/kg ZPS造模),对照组用NS灌胃(ig),A、B低、中、高剂量组分别ig低、中、高剂量的肠毒清口服液。末次给药后第3天处死,测血清和肺泡灌洗液中BNP水平。结果:各组均现一般状况恶化,但模型组较轻;A、B模型组血清和肺泡灌洗液中BNP含量普遍高于中、高剂量组,随药物浓度增加BNP水平呈下降趋势,且高剂量组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:较高剂量的肠毒清口服液通过降低大鼠血清和肺泡灌洗液中BNP的含量缓解SIRS引起的心衰,延缓SIRS发展为多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the effects of ChangDuQing oral liquid on serum and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of rats with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and explore the mechanism of ChangDuQing oral liquid for SIRS. Method: All 72 rats were randomized into nine groups (n=8). SIRS models were established through injecting ZPS into abdominal cavity (A group 750 mg/kg ZPS; B group 1 000 mg/kg ZPS), control group and model group were administered with gastric lavage of NS, treatment groups received gastric lavage of low, moderate, high dose of ChangDuQing oral liquid respectively. The rats were sacrificed at the 3rd day after the last medication. BNP levels in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were detected. Result:Deterioration of common conditions in all experimental groups appeared and the lightest in treatment group; BNP contents in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of A and B model groups were usually higher than moderate and high dose groups, BNP decreased as the concentration of medicine increased, high dose group showed significant difference compared with model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Higher dose of ChangDuQing oral liquid could postpone SIRS developing to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) through lowering BNP content in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of rats and relieving heart failure induced by SIRS.
