摘要:
目的：了解中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)并就临床护理提出对策，为其临床安全使用提供参考。方法：分析引发中药注射剂ADR的相关因素及临床表现特征。结果：中药注射剂ADR既有药物本身的因素也有临床使用及护理不当的因素，临床表现复杂，涉及多器官、多系统。结论：坚持辨证论治、谨慎配伍使用,并严把配液关，加强输液过程中巡回观察，及时有效地进行护患沟通，提升护理人员对中药注射剂ADR的应对能力，可 减少中药注射剂ADR发生率及不良后果。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide reference for the safety of clinical application through knowing adverse drug reactions (ADR) and putting forward nursing method. Method: Relevant factors and clinical manifestations of ADR induced by TCM injections were analyzed. Result: ADR induced by TCM injection was raised by the factors of drug itself, clinical application and inappropriate nursing, its clinical manifestation was complicated and involved multi-organs and multi-systems. Conclusion: We should insist on syndrome differentiation and treatment, use compatibility carefully and strictly, enhance itinerant observations during the course of intravenous drip, communicate with the patients effectively, improve the response of nursing staff to ADR of TCM injections to reduce the incidence and the results of ADR induced by TCM injections.
