摘要:
目的：观察围手术护理对胃癌根除术患者护理质量的影响。方法：将 80 例胃癌患者随机分为观察组、对照组各 40 例。2 组均给予胃癌根除术常规护理，观察组同时给予术前、术后围手术期护理。结果：观察组手术时间及术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及住院费用等均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组术后切口感染、腹腔感染、肠瘘、残余脓肿、肠粘连等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组护理质量总满意率为 92.50%，对照组总满意率为 82.50%，2 组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：通过对胃癌切除术患者施以围手术期护理，即术前饮食护理、心理护理和术后心理护理、饮食护理、疼痛护理、引流管护理、并发症护理等一系列护理措施可有效减少手术并发症的发生，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of perioperative care on nursing quality of patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer. Method: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally. Both groups were given with routine nursing, the observation group received perioperative nursing. Result: The observation group was less than the control group in surgical time, postoperative flatulence time, exercising time after getting up, hospitalization time and the cost (P＜0.05). The incidences of the observation group were lower than that of the control group in incision infection, abdominal cavity infection, intestinal fistula,residual abscess, intestinal adhesion and others (P＜0.05). Total satisfactory rate of nursing quality in the observation group was 92.50%, higher than 82.50% of the control group. Comparison between both groups showed statistical meaning in satisfactory rate and total satisfactory rate (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Nursing methods can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve life quality of patients and alleviate surgical damage to the patients, which is perioperative care, including dietary care, psychological nursing before and after surgery, pain care, drainage tube nursing and complication nursing.
