摘要:
目的:探讨乳奥康对乳腺癌细胞 MCF-7 增殖的影响及其对 BCL-2 表达的影响。方法:培养乳腺癌细胞株 MCF-7,采用 MTT 法检测乳奥康在不同浓度和不同作用时间下对乳腺癌细胞 MCF-7 增殖的影响;Western blotting 法检测乳奥康对乳腺癌细胞 BCL-2 表达的影响。结果:MTT 结果显示,乳奥康具有对 MCF-7细胞抑制的作用,其抑制作用和浓度、作用时间呈正相关。MCF-7 细胞经乳奥康作用,BCL-2 的表达逐渐降低。结论:乳奥康对乳腺癌细胞 MCF-7 的增殖具有抑制作用,其作用机制可能是通过抑制乳腺癌细胞 BCL-2 的表达,从而启动炎症抑制相关机制,使肿瘤细胞发生凋亡。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of RuAoKang on proliferation of mammary cancer cell line MCF-7 and expression of BCL-2. Method: Mammary cancer cell line MCF-7 was cultivated and the effects of RuA oKang on proliferation of MCF-7 were detected under different concentrations and in different times with MTT assay; the effects of RuAoKang on expression of BCL-2 were surveyed with Western blotting method. Result: The results of MTT demonstrated that RuAoKang could inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 and the inhibition of RuA oKang was positively associated to the concentration and time. Expression of BCL-2 was decreased gradually after RuAoKang acted on MCF-7. Conclusion: RuAoKang can inhibit the proliferation of mammary cancer cell MCF-7, which might stimulate the anti-inflammation mechanism and induce the apoptosis of tumor cell though inhibiting the expression of mammary cancer cell BCL-2.
