摘要:
目的：探讨109例先心病患儿实施心脏手术前后，做好护理工作的重要性。方法：术前进行相关知识宣教，有效咳嗽及深呼吸等训练；术后做好各项生命指征的监测及恰当处理。结果：1例房、室间隔缺损伴右心室流出道狭窄患儿，因术后心脏复跳延迟，心肌收缩无力，经抢救5小时无效死亡，其余108例患儿均康复出院。结论：高质量的护理是提高心脏手术成功率的重要因素和关键环节。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify the significance of perioperative care for children with congenital heart disease (CHD) who accepted the cardiac operations. Method: Health education of knowledge, effective cough and deep breath training were given before surgery; after surgery the monitoring of different life indexes and appropriate treatment were made. Result: Except one patient suffering from atrial and interventricular septal defect complicated with stenosis of right ventricular outflow died in 5 hours’ rescue due to delay of heart beat recovery and weakness of myocardial contraction, 108 patients were recovered and discharged. Conclusion: High quality care is the key factor and link of improving the success rate of cardiac operation.
