摘要:
目的：观察激光照射联合中药治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：将60例带状疱疹患者随机分为激光照射治疗组与对照组。对照组给予阿昔洛韦、甲钴胺、B族维生素及小剂量皮质类固醇激素口服治疗；激光照射治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合中药及半导体激光照射治疗，15天后观察2组患者疗效、治疗前后疼痛缓解时间及皮损情况。结果：治疗后激光照射治疗组较对照组疗效显著，总有效率为96.7%，对照组总有效率为73.3%，且疗程短。结论：激光照射联合中药治疗可明显促进带状疱疹的皮疹消退及创面愈合，减轻神经痛，提高疗效，是临床治疗带状疱疹安全有效的手段之一。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of laser radiation and TCM in treating herpes zoster. Method:Sixty patients were separated into laser radiation treatment group and the control group. The control group took acyclovir, mecobalamine, vitamin B group and small dose of corticosteroid hormone; laser radiation treatment group were administered with semiconductor laser radiation on the base of treatment given to the control group, clinical effects, relieving time of pain before and after treatment and skin lesions were observed in 15 days. Result: Clinical effect of laser radiation treatment group was superior to that of the control group, total effective rates of laser radiation treatment group and the control group were 96.7% and 73.3% respectively, the course of treatment was short. Conclusion: Laser radiation could effectively promote the fade of rashes and the healing of wound surface, alleviate the neuralgia and improve clinical effects, which is one of the safe and effective measures for herpes zoster in clinic.
