摘要:
目的：观察菊藤珍草汤治疗高血压病（阴虚阳亢型)的临床疗效。方法：将120例临床确诊的1级高血压病（阴虚阳亢型)患者，分为对照组和治疗组各60例，对照组口服硝苯地平缓释片，10mg/次，2次/d，连用1个月。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上用菊藤珍草汤，水煎服，2次/d，1袋/次，200mL/袋，连用1个月。2组患者在治疗前及治疗1个月末各进行症状疗效评定，测定血压，同时观察不良反应。结果：治疗后，2组收缩压与舒张压均下降，与对照组相比治疗组舒张压下降更明显（P＜0.05)；治疗组能明显改善高血压病的临床症状，组间比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05)。结论：菊藤珍草汤联合硝苯地平缓释片能改善Ⅰ级高血压病患者的临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of JvTeng ZhenCaoTang in treating hypertension of Yindeficiency and Yang hyperactivity pattern. Method: All 120 cases were randomized into the control group and the treatment group. The control group took nifedipine sustained-release tablets, 10 mg each time, twice per day, for one consecutive month. The treatment group received JvTeng ZhenCaoTang, decocted with water, twice each day, one package each time, 200mL each bag, for one consecutive month. Symptoms and clinical effects of both groups were evaluated before treating and by the end of one month's treatment, blood pressure was detected and adverse reaction observed. Result: After treating, systolic and diastolic pressures of both groups were lowered, compared with the control group, systolic pressure of the treatment group was decreased more significantly (P＜ 0.05); the treatment group can improve the symptoms of hypertension remarkably, the difference of both groups showed was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: JvTeng ZhenCaoTang and Nifedipine sustained-release tablets can improve clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension at grade one.
