摘要:
目的：通过文献分析，探讨针刺治疗顽固性面瘫的临床应用现状。方法：检索近10年国内公开发表的针刺治疗顽固性面瘫的临床研究文献，将符合要求的37篇文献进行统计学分析。结果：对顽固性面瘫的治疗，以头面部足阳明胃经穴为主；对顽固性面瘫定义的界定，所有文献缺乏统一标准；37篇文献中有18篇设立了对照组，但为随机对照者16篇；文献证据质量分级较低；干预措施多样化，不能很好地判定临床疗效与某一治疗措施之间的因果关系。结论：由于纳入研究质量不高，样本量较少，其效果尚需更多高质量RCT进一步验证。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical application of acupuncture in treating intractable facial paralysis through literature analysis. Method: Clinical articles about acupuncture in treating intractable facial paralysis published in recent ten years were searched and 37 articles were analyzed statistically. Result: Therapy for intractable facial paralysis mainly focused on foot YangMing stomach meridian distributed in the head and face; the definition of intractable facial paralysis lacked the standard in all the literature; there were 18 articles established the control group among 37 articles and 16 articles in 18 ones established random control group; the grade of literature evidence quality was lower; there were many kinds of interventions, the causation of clinical effects and the treatment couldn't be judged well. Conclusion: Due to low quality of research and fewer samples, clinical effects of acupuncture need to be testified with higher quality of RCT further.
