摘要:
目的：观察制萎煎治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法：将 80 例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 40 例。2 组均给予摩罗丹，2 丸 / 次，3 次 /d，口服，饭前用米汤或温开水送下。治疗组在此基础上加用制萎煎，1 剂 /d，水煎，分早晚 2 次温服。均治疗 15 天为 1 个疗程，连用 2 个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为 95.00％和 80.00％，2 组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。胃脘胀满、胃痛、大便稀溏、乏力、饮食减少等临床症状 2 组治疗后均较治疗前明显改善(P＜0.05)；且治疗组改善较对照组更明显(P＜0.05)。结论：制萎煎治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效显著，可较好地改善临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of ZhiWeiJian in treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Method: Eighty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally. Both groups took MoLuoDan, two pills each time, three times per day, taking the pill before meal with rice water or warm water. The treatment group received ZhiWeiJian, one dose each day, taking in the morning and evening after decocted with water. One course of treatment was 15 days. Clinical effects were observed after two consecutive courses of treatment. Result: Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95.00% and 80.00% ,comparison between both groups showed statistical meaning (P＜ 0.05). Symptoms of both groups were improved greater after treating than before treating in abdominal distention, stomachache, loose stool, lassitude, dietary reduction and others (P＜0.05); and the improvementofthe treatment group was more significant than that ofthe control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: ZhiWeiJian is effective in treating CAG and improve clinical effects.
