摘要:
目的：观察安糖1号治疗脾肾气阴两虚型初发2型糖尿病并代谢综合征的临床疗效。方法：将中医辨证为脾肾气阴两虚型初发2型糖尿病并代谢综合征患者80例随机分为2组各40例。对照组予合理饮食，运动治疗，戒烟限酒，调畅情志等糖尿病健康教育；治疗组在对照组基础上给予自拟安糖1号加减治疗。观察2组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、血脂、体重指数、血压及中医证候积分变化情况。结果：3个月后2组糖代谢各指标均较前改善，差异均有显著性意义（P＜0.05）；组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组空腹血胰岛素（FINS）、2小时胰岛素（2HINS）均较前改善，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组FINS、2hINS、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、体重指数（BMI）、血压（BP）与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组中医证候积分均较前明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），且治疗组改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。停服中药1月后，治疗组空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2小时血糖（P2hBG）、血压（BP）均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论:安糖1号治疗脾肾气阴两虚型初发2型糖尿病并代谢综合征有显著疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of AnTang No.1 in treating diabetes mellitus type two of dual deficiency pattern of spleen-kidney Qi-Yin at primary stage complicated with metabolism syndrome. Method: Eighty patients were differentiated as dual deficiency pattern of spleen-kidney Qi-Yin and divided into two groups. The control group received diabetes education including regular diet, exercises, quitting smoking and less alcohol,keeping good moods and others. The treatment group took self-made modified AnTang No.1. Changes of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, insulin, blood lipid, body mass index and TCM syndrome integral of both groups were observed. Result: The indexes of glycometabolism in both groups after three months were all improved and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05);Fasting insulin and 2 h insulin of the treatment group were improved and the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Comparisons in fasting insulin, 2 h insulin, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), body mass indexes (BMI) and blood pressure between both groups showed the difference and it had significant meaning (P＜0.05). TCM syndrome integral of both groups were lowered significantly and the differences were significant (P＜0.01), the improvements of the treatment group were superior to the control group (P＜0.05). After stopping the herbs for one month, fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose and blood pressure of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group and the differences were remarkable (P＜0.05). Conclusion: AnTang No.1 presents remarkable effects in treating diabetes mellitus type two of dual deficiency pattern of spleen-kidney Qi-Yin at primary stage complicated with metabolism syndrome.
