摘要:
从组方的药物性味、升降浮沉、组成、配伍、用量、功能、应用、机理、单方验方、煎煮、服药方式等方面探讨李泉云老师提出的临证组方用药要效而简，不可滥而繁，以免相互抵消或制约其功效。同时强调用药应既在理法之中，又不拘泥于成规，为名相所束缚；其组方十分重视小方与小方配套应用；小方之中，四君子汤、四物汤、二陈汤、平胃散可谓方剂中四大台柱，涵盖了中医气、血、痰、湿四大方面；临证时应敢用药、会用药、慎用药。
Abstract:
LI Quanyun's thinking that the prescription should be effective and simple to avoid mutual resistance or inhibition was explored from the property and favor of the drugs, ascending, descending, floating and sinking, composition, compatibility, dosage, function, application, mechanism, single prescription and effective prescription, decocting, the way of taking and others. Meanwhile, he emphasized that we should obey but not limited to the rules when we were using the drugs; the compatibility should value on the mating of small prescriptions; SiJunZiTang, SiW uTang, ErChenTang and PingW eiSan were four important prescriptions among the small ones, which contained the four aspects: Qi, blood, phlegm and dampness; the doctors could use the drugs bravely and cautiously.
