摘要:
通过医案3则，将安欣欣老师临证重视调理脾胃的经验，从脾胃虚证，甘温补脾；益气升阳，不忘滋阴；肝脾同治，重在健脾；脾胃久病，兼以化瘀；它脏疾病，重视调脾5个方面加以论述，指出脾胃虚证，治以温阳健脾；温阳药物，容易伤阴，温阳勿忘滋阴；肝主疏泄，脾主运化，两者关系密切，肝脾同病，治疗应补中兼疏；脾胃病久，亦多兼瘀，治疗时宜配伍活血化瘀之品；它脏有病也可累及脾胃，临证应重视调脾。
Abstract:
AN Xinxin's experience of emphasizing spleen-stomach regulating method was stated in three cases from five aspects: tonifying spleen with drugs of sweet and warm nature in treating the deficiency of spleen-stomach; invigorating Qi and Yang, at the same time nourishing Yin; invigorating spleen was the keypoint in the treatment of liver and spleen; long-term disease of spleen-stomach was usually complicated with resolving stasis;the treatment for the disease of other viscera should emphasize regulating spleen, it was pointed our that the deficiency of spleen-stomach should be treated with the method of warming Yang and invigorating spleen; the drugs of warming Yang were apt to damage Yin, therefore, Yin should be nourished when Yang was warmed; liver governed soothing, spleen governed transportation and transformation, both were closely related, the treatment for simultaneous diseases of liver and spleen should be invigorating the middle and soothing; long-term disease of spleen-stomach was usually complicated with blood stasis, it should be given with the drugs of activating the blood and eliminating the stasis; the diseases of other viscera could involve spleen-stomach and the treatment should lay stress on regulating spleen.
